Responsibilities
- Administer Linux and Windows servers, VMware infrastructure, Ceph storage, SQL databases, and production services.
- Own the Nessus vulnerability-management lifecycle and coordinate remediation, reporting, PKI, TLS certificate lifecycle, identity controls, and hardening.
- Lead incident response, outage remediation, root-cause analysis, technical documentation, and operational planning for a four-person technician team.

- Administered an eight-node Ceph environment with approximately 100–200 TB of raw capacity for operational storage and retention needs.
- Advanced secure telemetry visibility through monitoring initiatives that used risk-controlled, data-diode collection patterns.
- Supported security validation and operational readiness for AWS and Azure migration activities.
